A deposition, sworn before James DeLancey regarding charges made against Stilwell stating that he had "aided and assisted, with provisions, the subjects of the French King, now at war with his magesty." The deposition provides the questions and answers put to Stilwell during his interrogation. He was accused of providing provisions to a distressed vessel, that contained supplies for the French Army.
